5 Simple Steps To Completion
Step 1- Registration
Whether you are referring a client or using our packaging option you’ll need to register and accept our terms and conditions - REGISTER NOW
If you refer a client over after registering. We look after everything for you from step 2-5, you still get paid and the client remains yours moving forward. Have a look at our Referral Page
Step 2- Submit a DIP
Prior to DIP feel free to call or email our team to discuss the project. Our DIP process is built for construction finance. Get a response within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Check out our how to guide before submitting— Download Now
Step 3- Project compatibility verification
Your dedicated self build expert will send you a project compatibility report of lenders who will fund the project and match the clients requirements.
This will include a full shopping list of requirements from each lender, guidance on next steps and other considerations. As always feel free to call your dedicated contact.
Step 4- Document upload and application submission
Once you have the shopping list completed upload the documents to the client portal along with your fact find and submit. Alternatively re key your fact find into the system. Our aim is reduce your time spent by re-keying.
Step 5- Underwriting and offer
When you have submitted the case on our portal we’ll check all documentation to ensure a smooth underwrite, submit and await the offer. Turn around times from submission to offer can vary from lender to lender. Your dedicated SBE will be able to clarify this pre-applciation.
